Refund policy

The 60-Day Mirror Test Every Renuma order is covered by one simple guarantee: wear it, then look in the mirror. If you are not satisfied for any reason within 60 days of delivery, including the tint not settling into your shade, you get a full refund.

How it works

1. Email support@getrenuma.com within 60 days of delivery, from the email address used for your order.
2. No return needed: you keep the bottle. No forms, no return postage, no questions beyond what helps us improve.
3. Your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of our confirmation.

Subscriptions You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time, in one click, from your customer account. Cancellation applies to any renewal not yet processed. Each delivered renewal is itself covered by the 60-Day Mirror Test.

Your statutory rights Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Equivalent rights apply in New Zealand under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. The 60-Day Mirror Test is offered in addition to these rights and never replaces them.
