By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are in USD ($).
Prices do not include applicable sales tax, which will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products at any time without notice.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Rates: We offer Insured Home Delivery at $3.90 for orders up to $49.99, and Free Shipping for orders of $50.00 or more.
Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for all products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.). We are not responsible for packages stolen after a confirmed "Delivered" status by the carrier.

5. 8-Week (56-Day) Satisfaction Guarantee & Refunds

We stand behind the quality of Renuma&Co. To ensure you experience the full benefits, our refund policy is as follows:

4-Week (28-Day) Usage Requirement: To be eligible for a refund, you must have used the product consistently for at least 4 weeks (28 days). We believe in the cumulative effect of our formulas.
Refund Window: If after 4 weeks (28 days) of continuous use you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within the remainder of your 8-week (56-day) guarantee period.
Process: To initiate a return, contact support@getrenuma.com. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Order Cancellations & Errors

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including inaccuracies in product descriptions or pricing, or suspected fraud. If your credit card has already been charged, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Renuma&Co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product at issue.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by the laws of the State of France, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
