Shipping policy

Where we ship We deliver across Australia and New Zealand.

Costs Shipping is free on all orders over $60 AUD. Below that, the shipping cost is shown at checkout before payment.

Delivery times Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery takes 7 to 10 business days from dispatch. Final delivery is handled by Australia Post in Australia and New Zealand Post in New Zealand.

Tracking You receive a tracking number by email on the day your order ships, with updates until delivery.

Customs and import fees There are no customs or import fees to pay on delivery for orders shipped to Australia or New Zealand at our order values.

Lost or damaged parcels If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period or your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery date, contact us at support@getrenuma.com. In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, if your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund, at your choice. For damaged parcels, a photo of the product and packaging helps us resolve it faster.
