1. About us Renuma is operated by Nicolas Bécot, sole trader registered in France (SIREN 894 664 267), with its registered address at 200 rue de la Croix-Nivert, 75015 Paris, France. You can reach us at support@getrenuma.com.
2. Scope These terms apply to all orders placed on getrenuma.com for delivery to Australia and New Zealand. By placing an order, you accept these terms.
3. Products Product descriptions and photos are as accurate as we can make them. Renuma Adaptive Skin Tint adjusts within light to medium skin tones. Minor variations in packaging or colour rendering on screen may occur.
4. Prices and payment All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD). Payment is taken at the time of order via the payment methods shown at checkout, including major credit and debit cards, PayPal and Afterpay. Your order is confirmed by email once payment is accepted.
5. Subscriptions Some products are available as a subscription with automatic renewal at the frequency shown at purchase. There is no minimum commitment: you can pause or cancel your subscription at any time, in one click, from your customer account. Cancellation takes effect for any renewal not yet processed.
6. Delivery We deliver to Australia and New Zealand. Delivery times, carriers and shipping costs are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Our guarantee: the 60-Day Mirror Test Every order is covered by our 60-Day Mirror Test. If you are not satisfied for any reason, including the tint not settling into your shade, contact us at support@getrenuma.com within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. You do not need to return the product. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
8. Your statutory rights Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Equivalent consumer guarantees apply to New Zealand customers under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Our 60-Day Mirror Test is offered in addition to these statutory rights and does not limit them in any way.
9. Proper use Our products are cosmetics intended for external use only, as described on the packaging. Perform a patch test before first use if you have sensitive or reactive skin, and discontinue use in case of irritation.
10. Liability Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right or remedy you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
11. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Australia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections applicable in your country of residence. Any dispute will first be addressed amicably by contacting support@getrenuma.com.
